The Lodge and Hall provide a spacious and flexible place for retreats, extended families, friendship groups and organised gatherings to stay, cook, eat and spend meaningful time together.
The split-level Lodge has three king bedrooms, three bathrooms and generous open-plan living and dining areas. Warm natural materials, high ceilings and expansive views across the Pennyroyal Valley create a relaxed setting where groups can come together without feeling crowded.
At the centre of the Lodge is a fully equipped kitchen with commercial facilities, including a large stove and oven, additional domestic oven, display refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Outside, the long veranda, barbecue and seating provide plenty of space to enjoy the valley views from morning through to sunset.
The adjoining Hall is connected to the Lodge by a small staircase. Large bifold doors open the room to the surrounding landscape and allow the space to be arranged for yoga, meditation, workshops, shared meals and other approved group activities.

Your group’s own gathering space
When you book the Lodge and Hall, your group has private use of the entire Lodge and adjoining Hall. You will not share these buildings, their kitchens or bathrooms with another booking.
Unless all King Parrot accommodation has been booked for exclusive use, other guests may be staying in separate cottages elsewhere on the property and using shared facilities such as the walking tracks, games room, swimming pool and guest gym.
A peaceful and respectful place to gather
King Parrot is a peaceful, nature-based property where guests come to enjoy the quiet of the Otways. Loud parties and unauthorised gatherings are not permitted, and only registered guests may visit or stay onsite unless prior approval has been provided.

For larger groups, additional cottages can be booked alongside the Lodge and Hall, subject to availability. We are happy to help you choose the most suitable accommodation arrangement for your group.
