Welcome to Yoga Rebel’s very first weekend retreat.
We have an epic weekend of wellbeing and love planned for you. Give yourself the gift of a weekend of wellbeing. You can rest, unwind and soothe your body and soul at this glorious retreat. Every element is designed to heal, revitalise and invigorate you. We have a few surprises planned for you too, you’ll have to join us to find out.
Friday 17 May
Arrive anytime from 3:30pm, settle in, unpack, slow down, you may like to stretch your legs and explore the large nature-filled property, read a book or perhaps even take a dip in the pool.
5pm Let the magic begin with a restorative Yin practice, interwoven with massage and meditation.
7pm Feast on the most amazing, fresh food created by Aliza from Shakti Fresh
The rest of the evening is yours to relax, chat, unwind and simply do as you please.
Saturday 18 May
Enjoy some morning movement with a vinyasa practice at 7:30am or perhaps spend a lazy morning in bed, everything is optional this weekend, let your body guide you.
At 9am we will break the fast with a nourishing meal curated just for you using seasonal ingredients.
If a connection to nature is calling – join us at 10:30am for a guided walk through the Great Otway National Park, located on the boundary of the property. Truly ground yourself, breath in the fresh air, and listen to nature’s song.
At 1pm its time to reconnect and feast on a glorious lunch prepared by Aliza.
The afternoon is filled with free time and the opportunity to join us for a special activity, creating a vision for yourself and your life that aligns with your values and shows you what possibilities lie ahead in 2024.
At 6pm we will enjoy the magic of Yin and sound healing.
Our final evening feast will take place in the great lodge, delivering an abundance of fresh, nourishing food to fill your body with nutrients and delight your taste buds.
On Sunday morning you take it slow, resting your body and mind, enjoy breakfast from 8am onwards, check out at 10am and have the day explore the National Park, take an ocean dip at nearby Lorne, perhaps a walk along the coastline to spot some of Lorne’s famous local koalas or a spot of shopping in Lorne’s boutiques.
